<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and integrate services leveraging Kafka for real-time event streaming.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring scalable and robust architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle end-to-end deployment of applications into production environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and design improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with quick turnaround.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 10- 12 years of overall software development experience with strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in Microservices design, development, integration, and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on knowledge of Apache Kafka (topics, producers, consumers, partitions, replication).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in production deployments and managing distributed applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable solutions.<br/><br/><b>Good to Have :</b><br/><br/>- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
