<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Oracle VBCS/OIC Developer<br/><br/><b>Work Model :</b> Hybrid (2 Days WFO)<br/><br/><b>Employment Type :</b> 6 Months Contract<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Pune<br/><br/><b>BASIC PURPOSE :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>The Oracle VBCS/OIC Developer will be responsible for developing/enhancing applications utilizing the Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) technology.
The developer will collaborate with functional/technical leads and other implementation team members to execute the implementation strategy and ensure that applications/dashboards are developed according to technical specifications.
The developer may also develop integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).<br/><br/><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Create/enhance applications, extensions, and dashboards using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Create/enhance integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Build interactive content in VBCS to facilitate processing and monitoring of key integrations.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop scalable and reusable components in VBCS<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Utilize various integration methods including REST/SOAP services, XML/JSON/flat file payloads, and other common adapters.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Integrate with internal/external systems both into and out of Oracle ERP including, but not limited to, the following modules : Financials (AP, AR, PPM), HCM (Time & Labor, Payroll, Absences)<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Execute tasks in support of the overall implementation strategy, working closely with the functional, technical, and development teams/leads.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Test, diagnose, and optimize performance of VBCS pages and OIC integrations.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure error handling, logging mechanisms, and troubleshooting capabilities are incorporated into all solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Validate the integrated data to ensure it is correct, complete, and consistent with expected results.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Create technical documentation, e.g., TDDs, migration documentation, and troubleshooting guides.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide general guidance on design and integration solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with all stakeholders to support development, testing, and go-live tasks.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Adhere to system development and integration best practices.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- All other duties as assigned.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in information systems/technology, or a related field is desired.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Relevant Oracle certifications are strongly preferred but not required.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 5+ years developing with VBCS.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 3+ years developing integrations using OIC.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 5+ years working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Functional knowledge of the source/target modules.
This includes, but is not limited to, Core HR/HCM, OTL, Payroll, Absences, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, PPM.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables.<br/><br/><b>SKILLS :</b></p><p><br/>- Strong technical and analytical skills required<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Effective communication skills to explain integration concepts and solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the comfort and ability to present to both functional and technical stakeholders.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent time management and organizational skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
