Job Description- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM development, implementation, and support.
- Lead the end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of Veeva CRM and associated modules, aligning solutions with business goals and industry best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Veeva CRM, advising stakeholders on digital transformation strategies, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and end-users to gather, define, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Design and configure custom objects, page layouts, workflows, automation, and validation rules within the Veeva ecosystem to support business needs.
- Oversee and guide the integration of Veeva CRM with external systems (upstream/downstream) using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware platforms.
- Support deployment and adoption of Veeva Vault CRM modules, including Vault CRM, Approved Emails, Align, and Align+.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable digital solutions.
- Ensure all configurations and processes comply with GxP standards, data security policies, and relevant life sciences regulatory requirements.
- Lead the creation of technical documentation, conduct training sessions, and facilitate knowledge transfer across internal and client teams.
- Strong proficiency in the Salesforce.com platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Mandatory experience with Veeva Vault applications such as PromoMats and MedComms.
- Expertise in configuring Veeva CRM, including workflow design, automation, and validation rules.
- Proven experience integrating Veeva CRM with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in client-facing roles.
- Working knowledge of other Veeva Vault applications (Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Safety) is a plus.
- Prior experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Veeva CRM or Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage.
