<p>Role: Vice President - Capital Reporting.<br/><br/> Location: Gurugram.<br/><br/> Division: Group Treasury.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities.<br/><br/>- Lead a team of 10-15 professionals, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of regulatory capital and Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) reporting.<br/><br/>- Manage the accurate calculation of RWAs and provide detailed analysis and commentary on monthly and quarterly movements.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly capital returns to APRA and Pillar 3 disclosures, maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards.<br/><br/>- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and regulators, handling ad hoc requests and providing insights to senior management across the Bank.<br/><br/>- Identify and drive strategic initiatives to improve data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across capital reporting processes.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal and external system owners to ensure robust data flows, quality checks, and control mechanisms are in place.<br/><br/> About The Team Structure:<br/><br/>- You will report into the Head of Capital Reporting, who oversees a team of approximately 60 people within Group Treasury.<br/><br/> The Capital Reporting function is split into three key verticals:.<br/><br/>- Capital Supply - responsible for finalising capital ratios.<br/><br/>- RWA Calculation - responsible for accurate computation of Risk Weighted Assets.<br/><br/>- Intercompany Monitoring & Reporting - responsible for exposure and leverage ratio reporting.<br/><br/> What We're Looking For:<br/><br/>- Proven leadership experience, ideally managing teams of 8+, with the capability to lead a larger group of senior professionals.<br/><br/>- Deep subject matter expertise in RWA calculation is highly preferred; experience in capital supply, leverage ratio, or intercompany reporting is advantageous.<br/><br/>- Strong academic background in a financial or quantitative discipline (finance, economics, actuarial science, mathematics, or engineering); CA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of regulatory capital frameworks, shared services models, and transformation of capital platforms.<br/><br/>- A hands-on leader with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated experience in system enhancements and process transformation is highly desirable.<br/><br/>- In today's complex and evolving regulatory landscape, capital reporting leaders are no longer just custodians of compliance - they are strategic partners in shaping business decisions and driving resilience.<br/><br/>- In a lean and empowered structure, leaders have the opportunity to go beyond siloed functions and influence end-to-end outcomes, from RWA calculations to regulatory engagement.<br/><br/> Consider This:<br/><br/>- Are you just managing processes, or are you driving transformation?.<br/><br/>- Do you deeply understand the story behind the numbers - and how they can steer business direction?.<br/><br/>- Can you lead with both technical expertise and strategic clarity, influencing stakeholders at every level?.<br/><br/>- This role is for someone ready to operate at the intersection of regulatory depth, leadership impact, and strategic foresight - someone who thrives when their expertise directly shapes outcomes.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
