Technology Strategy & Vision : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Define and drive the enterprise-wide architecture roadmap, aligning with business goals.</p><p><br/>- Lead adoption of new tech stack and ensure smooth product integration across platforms.<br/><br/>- Ensure scalability, security, and resilience in enterprise solutions.<br/><br/>2.
Digital & Agile Transformation : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Act as a Transformations Agile Coach, enabling teams to adopt SAFe / Agile frameworks.</p><p><br/>- Redefine and streamline the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC/EDLC) processes to make them agile, efficient, and business-driven.<br/><br/>- Promote DevOps-first culture with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and continuous delivery.<br/><br/>3.
