<p></p><p>Were looking for a smart, energetic, and execution-focused Manager Digital Transformation & Productivity Tools to lead the adoption of digital tools across the company, with a sharp focus on Wrike and AI integration.<br/><br/> This is not a traditional IT role, this is about transforming how teams work by making digital tools a natural, everyday part of their workflow.<br/><br/> Your mission will be to turn every employee into a confident user of Wrike and related digital platforms, improve collaboration, and find meaningful ways to integrate AI for speed and efficiency.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Wrike Adoption & Enablement Act as the Wrike Champion for the company, own setup, configuration, training, and ongoing improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design, roll out, and maintain custom workflows, dashboards, and automations in Wrike tailored to each teams needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and 1-on-1 support to help teams fully adopt the platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously monitor usage and adoption, identify gaps, and proactively drive engagement.</p><br/><p><b>Digital Upskilling & Enablement :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Build a digital-first culture by training employees on modern digital tools and mindsets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct regular learning sessions, quick-tip videos, and help guides to drive tech-savviness across the company.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify blockers to adoption and create support systems to help every team member become confident and self-reliant in digital tools.</p><br/><p><b>AI Tools & Automation : </b></p><p></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Research and roll out AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, or industry-specific platforms) that can streamline work.<br/><br/><p></p><p>- Partner with teams to find use cases where AI can reduce manual work, improve decision-making, or enhance customer experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create simple playbooks and guidelines for ethical, effective use of AI tools in day-to-day work.</p><br/><p><b>Cross-functional Collaboration :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with HR, Sales, Marketing, Projects, and other teams to understand their workflows and recommend relevant digital solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate real business needs into digital use cases, workflows, and automations that save time and reduce duplication.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be the go-to person for productivity hacks, tool-related problem solving, and system improvements.</p><br/><p><b>Tracking & Continuous Improvement :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Use Wrike and other tools to monitor project efficiency, identify inefficiencies, and share actionable insights with leadership.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish simple KPIs and success metrics for tool adoption, team usage, and productivity impact.</p><br/><p><b>Core Requirements :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, systems implementation, business productivity, and operations enablement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on expertise with project management platforms (Wrike, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Jira) and AI-powered tools to optimize workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, O365, Farvision (ERP), and collaboration tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective communicator and trainer with a systems thinking approach to cross-functional collaboration and change management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Highly organized, structured, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Passionate digital enabler, patient and enthusiastic in helping teams adopt and embrace new technologies.</p><br/><p><b>Why This Role Is Exciting :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- You'll lead a company-wide shift in how people work, real, visible impact.<br/><br/></p><p>- You'll get to build systems, train people, and experiment with AI in practical ways.<br/><br/></p><p>- You'll be part of a company that values efficiency, innovation, and empowering people</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
