<p><b>About the Role:</b><br/><br/>This is a Full Time Opportunity based in Pune.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate team member to on board as the Senior Associate - Accelerator Program Manager who is ready to champion the cause of enabling underserved young women to embark on successful careers in the technology sector.

You will be working directly under the supervision of the Lead Program and Curriculum Development, VigyanShaala - Dr Anushila Chatterjee.<br/><br/>The Kalpana - She for STEM Accelerator is an online program that seeks to facilitate greater access to advanced STEM education and career opportunities for undergraduate women in STEM from both urban and rural areas in India.

The program spans 12-14 weeks, offering over 120 hours of intensive learning after the successful completion of the Kalpana Incubator.

Each participant benefits from personalized career coaching and guidance provided by a prominent global STEM professional within small groups of 5 fellows.

The accelerator aims to assist fellows in honing a specific focus and maintaining disciplined pursuit of their chosen path.

Your contributions will be instrumental in facilitating roadmaps for providing long-term career development of young women from marginalized sectors.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>As the Junior Associate - Accelerator Program Manager, your role involves leading the execution of the Kalpana - She for STEM Accelerator Program.

Your responsibilities include comprehending program outcomes and devising an implementation strategy in collaboration with the leadership team.

Interacting with global STEM leaders, mentors, and fellows is crucial to support VigyanShaala's mission of addressing the gender gap in STEM fields.<br/><br/><b>The Path to the Dream would require the following actions you may have to take:</b><br/><br/><b>Program Implementation:</b><br/><br/>- Understand program scope, goals and success criteria to define implementation strategy in collaboration with operations team and senior leadership.<br/><br/>- Monitor program performance against key metrics and identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<br/><br/>- Manage relationships with fellows, mentors and partners<br/><br/>- Monitor student engagement and performance during the program and implement improvements<br/><br/>- Advocate for hands-on, experiential, and interdisciplinary learning in STEM<br/><br/>- Moderate MasterClass (related to STEM career and job-readiness) and invited speaker sessions.<br/><br/><b>Program Monitoring:</b><br/><br/>- Evaluate implementation activities and feed learnings into program design, as required;<br/><br/>- Collect baseline and endline data to assess students' progress<br/><br/>- Monitor mentor engagement and satisfaction during and post program implementation<br/><br/>- Provide feedback to the senior leadership on periodic progress (including key developments /issues) made against agreed objectives and targets;<br/><br/>- Conducting regular field visits to ascertain the quality of the programs on the ground;<br/><br/>- Follow guidelines, processes and internal procedures of the leadership team that ensures that program meets the plan targets.<br/><br/>Other<br/><br/>- Any other work assigned by the central leadership team<br/><br/>- Act as an ambassador of the 'Kalpana: She for STEM' program and ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct; &<br/><br/><b>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR</b><br/><br/>- Postgraduate with at least 1-3 years of experience preferably in the Education Sector/ Program management;<br/><br/>- Individual having experience/ worked in technology-based education, pedagogy will be an added advantage;<br/><br/>- Operational experience of implementing programs; Proven track record of successfully managing mentorship programs and delivering high-quality results within budget and timelines.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills written and spoken - English; Other Indian languages are a plus<br/><br/>- Strong planning and management, documentation and presentation skills;<br/><br/>- Strong Interpersonal Skills - relationship building & team working.<br/><br/>- A go getter and proactive individual; drive to deliver; techno-savvy;<br/><br/>- Willingness to travel as per program needs; &<br/><br/>- Ability to think out of the box and perseverance.<br/><br/><b>Expected Competencies and Desired Qualifications</b><br/><br/>1.

Undergraduate or post-graduate in STEM/ social sciences, sociology/anthropology or other relevant disciplines<br/><br/>2.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role handling project management, showing progressive responsibility over the years.

An understanding of the social/development sector and experience in programs on STEM Education or Digital Skilling and Gender thematic areas will be a plus.<br/><br/>3.

Strong writing skills with attention to detail and the ability to document fast, accurately, and comprehensively.<br/><br/>4.

Demonstrated proficiency in M.S. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Word) and commonly used program management tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze user data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.<br/><br/>5.

Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively correspond with a diverse audience and to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

This would require proficiency in English and Hindi or any other Indian language.<br/><br/>6.

Able to handle work pressures and deliver under tight schedules and work well in teams and lead teams when required.<br/><br/>7.

Attention to detail to effectively connect programmatic and organisational strategic priorities.<br/><br/>8.

Clarity of thought, patience, a flexible attitude, and a willingness to learn and take ownership is also required.<br/><br/>9.

You are expected to bring your own laptops - we can provide refurbished laptops in other circumstances<br/><br/>Reporting: The position will directly report to the Lead-Program and Curriculum Design, Dr Anushila Chatterjee.
