<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> VIP Support Engineer</p><br/><p><b>Location :</b> Pan india ( Relocate to dubai )</p><br/><p><b>Experience :</b> 5 - 8 Years</p><br/><p><b>Job Summary :</b></p><br/><p>We are seeking a highly professional and discreet VIP Support Engineer to deliver white-glove IT support to senior executives, board members, and other high-priority users.</p><br/><p>This role requires exceptional technical expertise, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to operate under pressure in dynamic environments while maintaining complete confidentiality.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate provides proactive, personalized support to ensure VIP users experience minimal disruption and maximum productivity.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- Provide personalized IT support to C-level executives, board members, and VIP users across laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and AV equipment.</p><br/><p>- Respond promptly to support requests via direct channels (in-person, call, text, or priority ticket).</p><br/><p>- Conduct pre-meeting checks and ensure readiness of devices and AV setups for high-level meetings and presentations.</p><br/><p>- Troubleshoot software, hardware, email, and mobile device issues with minimal disruption.</p><br/><p>- Coordinate with backend teams (network, server, security) to expedite resolutions for VIP users.</p><br/><p>- Maintain high standards of documentation and confidentiality when handling user information.</p><br/><p>- Provide on-call or after-hours support for urgent executive issues or travel requirements.</p><br/><p>- Assist with training and onboarding of new VIP users and devices.</p><br/><p>- Maintain spare devices and ensure immediate replacement or continuity of support in case of hardware or software failure.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills And Experience :</b></p><br/><p>- 5- 8 years of experience in IT end-user support, with at least 2 years in VIP or executive support roles.</p><br/><p>- Expert knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and AV tools.</p><br/><p>- Experience with VIP applications such as Bloomberg, Citrix, or financial systems (if applicable).</p><br/><p>- Proficiency with remote support tools, fast issue triaging, and escalation practices.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field.</p><br/><p>- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or ITIL Foundation.</p><br/><p>- Experience supporting mobile devices and collaboration tools like Teams, Zoom, etc.</p><br/><p><b>Soft Skills :</b></p><br/><p>- Strong discretion, professionalism, and diplomacy in dealing with executive users.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills in English.</p><br/><p>- High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.</p><br/><p>- Proactive mindset and commitment to going the extra mile for user satisfaction.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
