<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Educational Qualification :</b><br/><br/>- BE/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Engineering.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 10+ years of relevant experience in D365 CE/CRM as Architect.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Solution Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the D365 CE platform, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and future scalability.<br/><br/>- Incorporate cloud-native patterns, microservices, and containerization (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service) for scalable deployments.<br/><br/>- Technical Leadership : Act as a technical leader and mentor to the development team, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture.<br/><br/>- Champion the adoption of DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.<br/><br/>- Integration Strategy : Develop integration strategies and design integration solutions between D365 CE and other systems, leveraging Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Platform connectors.<br/><br/>- Integrate with third-party applications using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and secure OAuth2 authentication.<br/><br/>- Data Architecture : Design data models, entities, attributes, and relationships in D365 CE to ensure data integrity, consistency, and optimal performance.<br/><br/>- Utilize Dataverse, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake for advanced analytics and reporting.<br/><br/>- Security & Compliance : Define security models and access control strategies, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards (GDPR, ISO 27001).<br/><br/>- Implement Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and role-based security.<br/><br/>- Business Process Expertise : Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.<br/><br/>- Customization & Configuration : Proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 CE using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio (AI-driven automation).<br/><br/>- Experience with low-code/no-code development and AI Builder for intelligent automation.<br/><br/>- Data Migration & Integration : Expertise in data migration strategy, data modeling, and integration using modern ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft).<br/><br/>- CRM Platform Mastery : Experience with scripting, plugins, workflows, Power Fx, client extensions, and SDK.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with the latest D365 CE releases and features.<br/><br/>- Reporting & Analytics : Good understanding of SSRS, CRM Reports, and Power BI Embedded for advanced analytics.<br/><br/>- Programming Skills : Strong ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API); database concepts; OO analysis and design under SDLC environment.<br/><br/>- Experience with TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript frameworks.<br/><br/>- Certifications : MS Dynamics CE/CRM certifications (latest versions preferred).<br/><br/>- Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams and flexible working hours.<br/><br/>- Location : Preferred location Bengaluru.<br/><br/><b>Preferred/Good To Have :</b><br/><br/>- Senior/Middle Level Experience in Customer Service (Unified Routing, CS Setup, Workstreams, Routing Rules, SLA, Service Hub, Workspace module/Apps).<br/><br/>- Senior/Middle Level Experience in Omnichannel Communication (Email, Teams, WhatsApp, SMS, Voice, Chatbots).<br/><br/>- Experience with Copilot for Dynamics 365, AI-powered customer insights, and generative AI for CRM automation.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Microsoft Viva, Teams integration, and modern collaboration tools.<br/><br/>- Experience handling change requests via Jira, Azure Boards, or :</b><br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and bug-fixing skills.<br/><br/>- Advanced troubleshooting using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.<br/><br/>- Ability to investigate advanced customer service topics and implement innovative solutions.<br/><br/>- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).<br/><br/>- Strong network for investigating advanced CS topics.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
