<p><p><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/>Job Description Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure & Change Management).<br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Infrastructure and Storage technologies, coupled with proven expertise in Program and Change Management.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end program execution, enabling organizational transformation, and ensuring seamless delivery of strategic initiatives.<br/><br/>This role requires excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills to support a globally distributed team, primarily interfacing with counterparts in the US.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/><b>Program Management Leadership : </b></p><br/>- Lead and drive multiple concurrent infrastructure/storage-related initiatives at a program level, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.<br/><br/>- Define, establish, and track program governance structures, KPIs, and program milestones.<br/><br/>- Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables across multiple projects.<br/><br/><b>Change Management : </b><br/><br/>- Serve as the change leader for infrastructure transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes.<br/><br/>- Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.<br/><br/>- Establish a framework for tracking adoption, measuring impact, and managing organizational readiness.<br/><br/><b>Communication & Stakeholder Management : </b><br/><br/>- Act as the key liaison between global delivery teams and US-based stakeholders, providing clear updates, executive-level reporting, and risk/issue management.<br/><br/>- Facilitate leadership reviews, steering committee updates, and business alignment sessions.<br/><br/><b>Hands-On Program Ownership : </b><br/><br/>- Demonstrate a hands-on program management approach, going beyond reporting to actively drive outcomes in planning, execution, and delivery.<br/><br/>- Partner with technical SMEs (in infrastructure/storage domains) to ensure program deliverables meet both technical and business expectations.<br/><br/><b>Team Collaboration & Global Coordination : </b><br/><br/>- Work closely with onshore (US) and offshore teams ensuring overlap during 8 AM4 PM EST/CST timezones.<br/><br/>- Foster a highly collaborative and transparent working environment across distributed Qualifications : </b><br/><br/><b>Experience : </b><br/><br/>- 10+ years in Program Management, with at least 5+ years in Infrastructure/Storage programs.<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in end-to-end change management, including stakeholder engagement, adoption tracking, and organizational readiness.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale infrastructure or transformation programs across geographies.<br/><br/><b>Skills & Knowledge : </b><br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure domains storage, servers, data center modernization, or cloud-related programs.<br/><br/>- Program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, MSP, or equivalent) preferred.<br/><br/>- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) would be a strong plus.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor engagements when required.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage executive stakeholders.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
