Role Overview:
We’re looking for a UI / Visual / Graphic Designer who can craft engaging designs for both digital interfaces and marketing creatives.
You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and development teams to bring ideas to life from designing intuitive app interfaces to creating visually stunning graphics for campaigns, social media, and web.
Key Responsibility:
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create graphic assets, illustrations, social media creatives, and marketing materials that align with the brand’s identity.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to deliver cohesive and on-brand experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable design components.
- Work on end-to-end design processes from concept sketches and wireframes to final UI designs.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and creative best practices.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience as a UI Designer, Visual Designer, or Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD (or equivalent design tools).
- A solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visuals.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and consistency.
- A portfolio showcasing both UI and graphic design projects (mandatory).
Nice To Have:
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or simple animations.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS) for better collaboration with developers.
- Experience in branding and social media design.
