Backend Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of robust backend systems.<br/><br/> The role requires deep expertise in server-side technologies, microservices architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud-native Youll Be Doing :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for enterprise applications.</p><p><br/>- Design and implement microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.<br/><br/>- Lead backend technical strategy, system design, and technology selection.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with frontend architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.<br/><br/>- Establish best practices for code quality, security, testing, and performance optimization.<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide backend developers, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.<br/><br/>- Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.<br/><br/>- Evaluate and incorporate emerging backend technologies and We Want From You :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</p><p><br/>- 10+ years of backend software development experience.</p><br/>- 4+ years in a technical architect role focusing on backend systems.<br/><br/>- Expertise in Java or other server-side technologies.<br/><br/>- Strong experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).<br/><br/>- Proficient in relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).<br/><br/>- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of security best practices, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT).<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>If You Know Some Of This Even Better :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with event-driven architecture and streaming platforms.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis, Memcached).<br/><br/>- Exposure to GraphQL APIs.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with serverless computing and cloud-native design patterns.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills and ability to work
