Consultant to design and implement comprehensive marketing automation solutions across multiple platforms.<br/><br/>You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, WebEngage (Optional), and Insider (Optional) to drive customer engagement and business growth.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Be Doing:</b><br/><br/><b>Solution Design & Implementation:</b><br/><br/>- Act as technical consultant for marketing automation projects, translating client requirements into actionable solutions.<br/><br/>- Conduct platform assessments and recommend optimal marketing technology stacks.<br/><br/>- Create technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.<br/><br/>- Develop integrated solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio).<br/><br/>- Configure and optimize MoEngage campaigns, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.<br/><br/>- Build responsive, personalized email templates, landing pages, and mobile campaigns.<br/><br/><b>Technical Integration & Analytics:</b><br/><br/>- Develop and maintain integrations between marketing platforms and external systems via APIs.<br/><br/>- Design data integration strategies ensuring seamless data flow across marketing technology stack.<br/><br/>- Build and manage audience segments, data extensions, and customer profiles.<br/><br/>- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable optimization insights.<br/><br/>- Conduct A/B testing strategies to improve engagement rates and ROI.<br/><br/><b>Client Management:</b><br/><br/>- Serve as primary technical point of contact for marketing technology initiatives.<br/><br/>- Stay current with platform updates, new features, and industry best we want from you:</b><br/><br/>- 3-5 years in marketing technology consulting or solution implementation.<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MoEngage.<br/><br/>- Experience in marketing automation strategy and multi-channel campaign orchestration.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills:</b><br/><br/>- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web development concepts.<br/><br/>- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of API integrations and data management.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills:</b><br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.<br/><br/><b>Certifications (Optional):</b><br/><br/>- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Admin, Consultant, Developer).<br/><br/>- MoEngage Implementation Expert certification.<br/><br/>- Experience with WebEngage, Insider, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or HubSpot.<br/><br/>-
