<p>Role Summary The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key growth levers, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization features across web and mobile platforms.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/>Product Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth and monetization initiatives based on deep customer insights, competitive analysis, and data-driven hypotheses.<br/><br/>A/B Testing & Optimization: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels, pricing models, and feature adoption.<br/><br/>Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design (UX/UI), Data Science, and Marketing teams to launch and iterate on high-impact products.<br/><br/>Metrics Ownership: Own key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DAU/MAU, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.<br/><br/>Customer Advocacy: Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand pain points and latent needs.<br/><br/>Required Qualifications & Skills<br/><br/>- MBA (Highly Preferred): MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree is a strong plus.<br/><br/>- Experience: 3-6 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a core Product Management role, preferably in a B2C or B2B SaaS environment.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude) and proficiency in SQL for data analysis.<br/><br/>- Strong technical aptitude to engage effectively with engineering teams.<br/><br/>- Excellent storytelling and ability to articulate product value to diverse audiences</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
