workflow platform.<br/><br/> The value add is to enable agencies to manage their work end to end within our innovate platform.<br/><br/> This is a greenfield program of work to replace their existing workflow system with bespoke .Net development using a microservice architecture in Azure and Kubernetes.<br/><br/> What You'll Be Doing :</p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our agile team.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilitating Scrum practices within a SaaS environment and a passion for driving efficiency and collaboration in the Media and Advertising sector.<br/><br/> This role will report into the Programme Manager.</p><p><br/></p><p>Role & Responsibilities :</p><p><br/></p><p>Agile Facilitation :<br/><br/>- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.<br/><br/>- Ensure that Scrum practices are followed, and the team understands Agile principles.<br/><br/> Team Empowerment :<br/><br/>- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.<br/><br/>- Remove impediments to the team's progress and help resolve conflicts.<br/><br/> Collaboration :<br/><br/>- Work closely with Product Owners to refine the product backlog and ensure clarity of user stories.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and design, to ensure alignment and transparency.<br/><br/> Performance Monitoring : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Track team progress through metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts.<br/><br/>- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance team performance.<br/><br/> Stakeholder Communication :<br/><br/>- Serve as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Provide updates to leadership on team progress, challenges, and successes.<br/><br/> Training and Development :<br/><br/>- Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops on Agile methodologies and best practices.<br/><br/>- Encourage a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.<br/><br/> What We Want From You :</p><p><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS environment.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.<br/><br/>- Experience with Agile project management tools (e., Jira, Trello).<br/><br/>- Scrum Master
