We partner with industry leaders such as Qualcomm, Sony, and AMD, delivering cutting-edge engineering and digital transformation services through our global delivery centers.<br/><br/>Role Overview<br/><br/>The Delivery Manager IoT will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability across large-scale, multi-location projects.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance to drive innovation and efficiency across complex engineering programs.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>Delivery Management & Governance :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IoT/Embedded/Telecom programs across global delivery centers.<br/><br/>- Establish robust delivery governance frameworks ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality-assured delivery.<br/><br/>- Drive operational excellence through effective project tracking, milestone management, and risk mitigation.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with organizational and client-defined processes, SLAs, and KPIs.<br/><br/><b>Client & Stakeholder Management :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level client stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Build and sustain long-term relationships with strategic customers like Qualcomm, Sony, and AMD.<br/><br/>- Translate client business goals into actionable delivery roadmaps and ensure alignment with contractual commitments.<br/><br/>- Manage client escalations and ensure proactive communication and resolution.<br/><br/><b>Team Leadership & Resource Management :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams comprising project managers, engineers, and solution architects.<br/><br/>- Drive resource planning, allocation, and competency development across projects.<br/><br/>- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.<br/><br/><b>Financial & P&L Ownership :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Own the P&L for delivery portfolios ensuring revenue realization, margin optimization, and cost control.<br/><br/>- Support sales and pre-sales teams in solutioning, proposal development, and effort estimation for new business opportunities.<br/><br/><b>Innovation & Transformation :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Champion automation, Agile/DevOps methodologies, and AI-driven delivery optimization initiatives.<br/><br/>- Introduce delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and productivity improvement tools to enhance efficiency.<br/><br/>- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate delivery maturity and client satisfaction.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.<br/><br/>- 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in delivery or program management roles.<br/><br/>- Proven track record in Embedded Systems, IoT, Telecom, or Automotive program delivery.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and automation-driven delivery methodologies.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated expertise in managing global delivery teams and distributed operations.<br/><br/>- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.<br/><br/>- Financial acumen with experience managing P&L for large accounts or portfolios.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.<br/><br/>- Exposure to AI/ML-based IoT solutions or digital transformation programs.<br/><br/>- Experience working with Tier-1 clients in semiconductor or automotive sectors.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
