implementation of end-to-end automation solutions across multiple business functions including content creation, delivery, and management.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and define automation requirements based on current processes and pain points.<br/><br/>- Develop reusable, scalable, and efficient automation frameworks and pipelines that enable continuous integration and delivery.<br/><br/>- Identify automation tools and technologies that align with organizational goals and integrate them into existing improvement.<br/><br/>- Provide recommendations and insights to leadership on how to streamline operations through automation.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination : </b><br/><br/>- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that automation initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver on expectations.<br/><br/>- Foster a culture of collaboration by mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on automation best practices.<br/><br/>- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to automation frameworks, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams to ensure automated workflows are seamlessly integrated into the cloud environment and adhere to DevOps practices.<br/><br/>- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain the benefits and impact of automation solutions on business operations.<br/><br/><b>Documentation, Reporting, and Knowledge Sharing : </b><br/><br/>- Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation processes, frameworks, and systems to ensure consistency and transparency across teams.<br/><br/>- Prepare regular reports on the status, progress, and outcomes of automation initiatives for leadership and key stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with teams across the organization to promote continuous improvement.<br/><br/>- Document automation code and procedures clearly to ensure that other engineers can easily maintain and enhance automation solutions.<br/><br/>- Conduct training sessions and workshops on automation tools and practices for internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills to work with automation technologies.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Experiences : </b><br/><br/><b>Academic Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.<br/><br/>- Certification in leading automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Robot Framework, etc.) is highly desirable.<br/><br/><b>Professional Experience : </b><br/><br/>- 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in large-scale environments, with hands-on expertise in automation tools and frameworks.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in automating processes within the Media & Entertainment, technology, or similar high-paced industries is a plus.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with a deep understanding of automation best practices.<br/><br/>- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with various automation testing tools, version control systems (Git), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Nagios).<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills : </b><br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, and Ansible.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of API automation and web service testing.<br/><br/>- Experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, and microservices architectures.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with database automation and integrating automation with data pipelines.<br/><br/><b>Other Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.<br/><br/>- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to
