We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves solving challenges.

In this role, you will develop back-end APIs, work on modern front-end frameworks, and help shape the technical backbone of our projects.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities ❖ Back-End Development:
- Design and develop robust back-end APIs in Node.JS for new and existing projects.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices.

❖ Requirement Gathering & Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine technical specifications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

❖ Team Collaboration:
- Foster a productive team culture aligned with risk controls and compliance standards.
- Communicate project goals, tasks, and responsibilities clearly to ensure team alignment.

❖ Compliance & Risk Management:
- Adhere to business controls to ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.

❖ Documentation:
- Create and maintain software documentation to support ongoing projects and future developments.

🛠 Knowledge & Skill-set Required
- Back-End Expertise:
- Strong experience in Node.JS and developing REST APIs.
- Experience with authenticated, customer-focused applications.
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Design principles.
- Front-End Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, and responsive design.
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework, preferably ReactJS.
- Production Knowledge:
- Experience in deploying and maintaining production-ready Node.JS servers.
- Understanding of industry best practices in software development.
- Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Basic knowledge of PHP and .NET.
