Job description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team.
You will play a pivotal role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining a high-performance web application for multi-sensor data annotation.
This tool is essential for processing and visualizing large-scale, multi-modal datasets from LiDAR point clouds and images, directly contributing to advancements in AI and ML applications in autonomous systems, robotics, and mobility solutions.
Responsibilities:
● Architect, develop, and maintain a scalable, high-performance web application for multi-sensor data annotation.
● Optimize real-time data rendering, ensuring a smooth, streaming-like experience comparable to HD video playback.
● Implement efficient data handling, compression, and visualization techniques to manage large datasets (gigabytes of point cloud and image data).
● Design and develop WebGL/WebGPU components for advanced 3D rendering and interactive visualization.
● Build and maintain an intuitive UI/UX with a focus on usability, accessibility, and user engagement.
● Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design efficient APIs for seamless data communication and storage.
● Write clean, modular, and well-documented code, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
● Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold best engineering practices.
● Stay abreast of the latest advancements in 3D visualization, cloud computing, and performance optimization.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
● Expertise in JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
● Strong experience with WebGL and WebGPU for 3D graphics rendering.
● Proficiency in backend technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and efficient data serialization (JSON, protobuf).
● Deep understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and parallel computing.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex performance issues.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership abilities.
Bonus Points:
● Experience with point cloud processing libraries (PCL, Three.js, Potree, Open3D).
● Knowledge of image processing, computer vision, or ML-based annotation techniques.
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Experience in scalable distributed computing and high-performance streaming architectures.
