<p><p><b>RazerTech Consulting</b> is mandated to hire for a <b>Website Strategy & Development Lead</b> for a US-based Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking Advisory firm.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview</b> We are seeking a highly capable and proactive <b>Website Strategy & Development Lead</b> to own the strategic vision, technical execution, and ongoing performance of the public facing website.
This role bridges strategy and implementation, making it ideal for a hybrid thinker-doer who thrives at the intersection of marketing, SEO, and front-end engineering.<br/><br/>Youll work directly with the SEO team to ensure the website is optimized for visibility, engagement, and conversions - and with the engineering team to implement a compelling front-end experience for the core tool.
You will also guide the roadmap for web content, performance, architecture, and user experience.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities Strategy & Ownership :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and own the overall strategy for the website - including content structure, UX, conversion paths, and technical SEO health.<br/><br/></p><p>- Set priorities for website development and performance based on company goals & marketing KPIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain the website roadmap, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze user behavior, web analytics, and SEO metrics to inform strategy.<br/><br/><b>Implementation & Technical Leadership :</b></p><p><p><br/></p>- Implement front-end changes directly (React/Next.js, HTML/CSS, CMS, etc.) or coordinate closely with engineers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead website infrastructure decisions - including CMS architecture, performance optimization, and component libraries.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure strong Core Web Vitals and SEO technical health (e.g., structured data, indexing, site speed).<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage staging, testing, and QA workflows for web Collaboration :</b></p><p><p><br/></p>- Partner closely with the SEO team to identify keyword opportunities, improve crawlability, and optimize landing pages.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with content and design teams to publish new content that aligns with both brand voice and SEO best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with engineering to scope and deliver frontend components for the website and product landing pages.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with analytics and growth teams to A/B test and iterate on key conversion flows.<br/><br/><p><b>Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 4 - 7+ years of experience in website development, growth marketing, or a similar technical role.</p><p><br/></p>- Strong frontend development skills (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript/React, Next.js, headless CMSs like Sanity, Contentful, or similar).<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of modern SEO best practices (technical + content).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience developing and executing web strategies that improve performance and lead generation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience managing or building websites from scratch - ideally in a startup or growth-stage environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to lead projects cross-functionally and work independently with minimal direction.<br/><br/><b>Nice-to-Haves :</b><b> </b></p><p><br/>- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Amplitude, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Vercel, Figma, or Framer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Light backend experience or familiarity with modern API-driven web stacks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Background working in B2B SaaS, product-led growth, or developer tools.<br/><br/><b>Why This Role Matters</b> : This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with direct influence on growth.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
