<p>Overview :<br/><br/>The SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client HR and business needs.

The role involves translating HR processes into scalable, cloud-based SAP solutions and providing end-to-end functional expertise across the SuccessFactors suite.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development).<br/><br/>- Gather and document business requirements, analyze HR processes, and design appropriate system solutions.<br/><br/>- Configure SuccessFactors modules per business specifications and best practices.<br/><br/>- Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify areas requiring customization or process improvement.<br/><br/>- Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, and custom developments.<br/><br/>- Support data migration, validation, and testing activities (unit testing, UAT, regression).<br/><br/>- Train and support business users in using and maintaining the system.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with technical teams, integration consultants, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.<br/><br/>- Participate in post-go-live support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.<br/><br/> Required Skills & Experience :<br/><br/>- 3-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting.<br/><br/>- Hands-on implementation experience with at least two full-cycle projects in one or more modules.<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of core HR processes (recruitment, performance, compensation, employee data, learning).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors provisioning, data model configuration, and RBP (Role-Based Permissions).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with SAP HCM, Integration Center, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is a plus.<br/><br/>- Ability to map business requirements to system capabilities and design efficient solutions.<br/><br/>- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/> Education & Certification : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.<br/><br/>- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors module certification (e.g., EC, PMGM, RCM) preferred.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/>Soft Skills : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Client-facing communication and presentation skills.<br/><br/>- Strong collaboration and teamwork in multi-functional project teams.<br/><br/>- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
