Design and Engineer scalable and reliable software systems.<br/><br/> - Define and implement best practices in coding with support of AI.<br/><br/> - Lead the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms.<br/><br/> - Lead work activities using SRE principles, such as resilience, metrics, capacity planning, toil, Incident management and security.<br/><br/> - Manage cloud infrastructure and services (e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).<br/><br/> - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, QA, etc.<br/><br/> - Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders including executives.<br/><br/> - Implement and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.<br/><br/> - Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.<br/><br/> - Build and help transform container and serverless architectures, such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Services), Docker and Azure Functions.<br/><br/> - Ensure software and platforms comply with security standards and regulations.<br/><br/> - Implement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments.<br/><br/> - Adhere to access controls and protect sensitive data.<br/><br/> - Create and maintain technical documentation.<br/><br/> - Document processes, procedures, and infrastructure setups.<br/><br/> - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.<br/><br/> - Continuously improve systems, processes, and methodologies.<br/><br/> - Participate in agile / scrum project planning and execution.<br/><br/> - Adhere to projects schedule and budgets.<br/><br/> - Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/> - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine requirements.<br/><br/> - Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable and high-quality deliverables.<br/><br/> - Explore generative AI technologies to enhance software capabilities.<br/><br/> - Deploy AI models for automated content generation and predictive analytics.</p><br/><p><b>Other Duties :</b><br/><br/> - Performs other duties as assigned by management.<br/><br/> - On call rotation responsibilities with the Service Delivery and Operations Team.</p><br/><p><b>Job Qualifications & Experience :</b><br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/> - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.<br/><br/> - Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the DevSecOps engineering discipline (prefer enterprise engineering experience or equivalent), with at least 3 years in a leadership role.<br/><br/> - Minimum 2 year of experience with AI and Generative AI technologies or equivalent.<br/><br/> - Experience with Application and Infrastructure Operations.<br/><br/> - Professional Software development certification (PSD), Azure / AWS DevOps Certification or relevant experience.<br/><br/> - Proficiency in scripting languages (e., Bash, Python) for automation tasks and infrastructure management.<br/><br/> - In-depth knowledge of programming frameworks (e..NET, JAVA) and application development.<br/><br/> - Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) management, including writing and maintaining modules.<br/><br/> - Proficiency with CI/CD tools and practices (e., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), including creating and managing pipelines.<br/><br/> - Comprehensive experience with cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, GCP), including designing and implementing cloud services and architectures.<br/><br/> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ensuring application / platform reliability and scalability.</p><br/><p><b>Thought Leadership and Soft skills :</b><br/><br/> -
