<p><p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/></p><p> We are seeking an experienced Lead Scrum Master to join our team in India.<br/><br/></p><p> The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing Scrum Masters and collaborating with leadership.<br/><br/></p><p> In this role, you will oversee the overall program from a Lead Scrum Master perspective, facilitate communication and coordination between multiple Scrum teams working on a large project(s), ensuring a fully integrated product increment at the end of each :</b></p><p><br/></p> - Manage and mentor Scrum Masters, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.<br/><br/></p><p> - Remove cross team-level impediments and resolve conflicts; anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend mitigations and solutions.<br/><br/></p><p> - Oversee the overall program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quarterly reporting processes.<br/><br/></p><p> - Identify opportunities to improve team-level Agile performance; focus on customer value, quality, and continuous improvement activities.</p><p><br/></p><p> - Play a scrum-of-scrum role, managing the flow of work through an entire Circle rather than on an individual team or teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Promote Agile best practices and contribute to the overall Agile transformation of the organization.</p><p><br/></p><p> - Integrate AI technologies into Agile processes to enhance team efficiency and innovation.<br/><br/></p><p> - Stay updated on AI advancements and identify opportunities to leverage AI for process improvement.<br/><br/></p><p> - Work closely with delivery managers, architects, and release coordinators to manage dependencies across teams and ensure alignment.<br/><br/></p><p> - Facilitate quarterly retrospectives with clear, actionable outcomes and drive process enhancements to improve delivery efficiency, collaboration, and team maturity.<br/><br/></p><p> - Participate and actively contribute to the Agile Community, partnering closely with Agile Coaches and Leadership to Evolve the Way We Work.<br/><br/></p><p> - Increase the overall Agile maturity for teams and support higher complexity work towards successful :</b></p><p><br/></p> - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p> - Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Professional, Agile Coach).<br/><br/></p><p> - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a lead role.<br/><br/></p><p> - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.<br/><br/></p><p> - Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.<br/><br/></p><p> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.<br/><br/></p><p> - Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in Agile environments.<br/><br/></p><p> - Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
