<p><p><b>Position Summary :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Software Developer with strong experience in C# and ReactJS to join our development team.<br/><br/></p><p>In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain complex, high-performance web applications, provide technical mentoring to the team, and help drive best practices in coding, architecture, and software development processes.</p><p><br/></p><p>Under direct supervision, assists in designing, developing, testing, debugging web application with robust backend and intuitive frontend components, software tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems.</p><p><br/></p><p>Assists in modifying existing software to fit specialized needs and configurations and maintains program libraries and technical documentation.<br/><br/><b>Education :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors in engineering degree or equivalent degree.<br/><br/><b>Must have :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 7+ years of professional software development experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and related technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience building modern, responsive web applications using ReactJS/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in code refactoring, quality improvement, and performance optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of multi-threading, scalability, performance, and application security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in an agile environment with an SDLC like Scrum, SaFE, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience participating in product release cycle, including code reviews and defect triage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience of Azure/AWS infrastructure and architecture.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with version control systems like Git.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.<br/><br/><b>Nice to have :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with event-driven architectures or microservices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with software development best practices like test-driven development.<br/><br/><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Architects and Tech Lead to finalize implementation plan to refactor Azure IaaS/PaaS cloud services for high availability, resiliency, scalability, security, and optimal performance to meet service level objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that meet business and user requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide and mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and providing technical support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, QA engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write clean, testable, and efficient code, and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests.<br/><br/></p><p>- Relentlessly document your implementation, patterns, practices, and processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to improving development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and overall team productivity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.<br/><br/></p><p>Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
