<p><p><b>Essential Duties And Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Drive the technological direction for business-critical applications, ensuring alignment with the overall business vision and strategic objectives.<br/><br/>- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology programs and projects, from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.<br/><br/>- Orchestrate and coordinate efforts across diverse development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.<br/><br/>- Lead the adoption and implementation of DevSecOps practices for all relevant products, enhancing security, efficiency, and collaboration.<br/><br/>- Act as the primary technology liaison for designated business units within Wolters Kluwer, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.<br/><br/>- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project progression.<br/><br/>- Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.<br/><br/>- Assist RTE with identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities within a program.<br/><br/>- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and successes.<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b><br/><br/>- A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 5+ years of experience as a Technology Program Manager managing large, complex initiatives in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams following SAFe methodologies.<br/><br/>- In addition, a proven track of designing content pipeline end-to-end.<br/><br/>- Must have a good understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, .NET, JavaScript (AngularJS), or PHP.<br/><br/>- Preferably has experience developing software.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models.<br/><br/>- Ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive content model that aligns with business goals and user needs.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in analytics (data and content).<br/><br/>Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools : <br/><br/>- Project Management tools including JIRA, Miro.<br/><br/>- Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Pendo.<br/><br/>- Other tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools is a plus.<br/><br/><b>Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications : </b><br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to lead software development initiatives and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.<br/><br/>- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.<br/><br/>- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view.<br/><br/>- Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
