<p><p><b>Role : </b> Test Manager(M2).<br/><br/><b>Purpose of role : </b> To manage the QA planning and execution for the ongoing releases for the iFirm Global product.<br/><br/><b>Key areas of responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Functional test requirement analysis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Test strategy and planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Test design and execution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Software regression analysis and test planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Root cause analysis and planning/executing corrective and preventive actions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Test automation framework requirements analysis, design and implementation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automation strategy & planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automation development and maintenance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automation test cases Code reviews.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participation in Agile process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understand business and quality priorities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Devise a QA process suitable to overcome the quality challenges and achieve objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Aligning with the product KPIs and identification & demonstration of QA KPI, metrics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Risk identification, management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross functional development and support (consultant) teams to optimize efficiencies and improve product </p><p>quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Being custodian of quality and should take hard decisions beneficial for the business/quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Driving a team of test engineers (manual and automation) from strategy and delivery perspective.<br/><br/><b>Knowledge, skills and experience : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Overall experience : 1215 years.<br/><br/></p><p>- QA experience : 8+ years.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experienced in test management, strategizing, planning & execution - [Strategizing scope of testing suites for Smoke, regression, </p><p>Integration and ensure optimal coverage of testing for release].<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in test automation delivery and demonstrating benefits.<br/><br/></p><p>- Very good and practical OOPS knowledge and experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in designing writing and maintaining automation test framework.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in developing automation at.<br/><br/></p><p>- Services level.<br/><br/></p><p>- API Automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- UI Level.<br/><br/><b>Technology : </b>.NET (API testing, C#, Selenium, Playwright).<br/><br/><b>Tools :</b></p><p><b></b><p><br/></p><p>- Jenkins, Selenium Web driver, Test management tools like Microsoft test manager, Agile tools like Jira, Rally, Code repository/version control tools like Subversion, Git, GitFlow.</p><p><br/></p>- Experience in setting Continuous Integration and Continuous testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD).<br/><br/></p><p>- Database : SQL query building & execution, knowledge of stored procedures desirable.<br/><br/><b>Other competencies : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with Sales, Support, Consulting Services, Product Management and Development teams.<br/><br/>Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
