<p><p><b>What is the Opportunity?</b><br/><br/>WonderBiz is focussed on developing solutions for the the Industry 4.0 space, leveraging Technology to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs<br/><br/>Weve been around for 12+ years with 30+ International Customers and having developed 50+ Products, with clients from the Silicon Valley & Fortune 100 Companies.<br/><br/> We are now looking for a Project Manager who will head and manage full scale Delivery Operations<br/><br/>As a Project Manager, you should be experienced in managing Scope, creating Contracts, negotiating Cost, managing Deliveries and People.<br/><br/> You should be able to manage a wide variety of projects based on leading edge technologies such as IOT Edge, AI/ML systems, Data Analytics, Micro-Services, Containerization & Cloud.<br/><br/><b>What will you do?</b><br/><br/>- Manage & provide guidance to Tech Leads, Architects, in their own day-to-day Project Deliveries<br/><br/>- Manage Project Costs, review Timesheets, Invoices and SOWs<br/><br/>- Manage motivation & performance of Team Members, supporting them with hiring & firing decisions<br/><br/>- Conduct Reviews with Customer Stakeholders for action & risk mitigation<br/><br/>- Put in place, an Agile Process Framework for the Delivery Team<br/><br/><b>What do you need to succeed at?</b><br/><br/>- Should have exposure & experience to dev in technologies such as Java/.Net Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, databases, Python, ML and Data Analytics.<br/><br/>- Expertise in Problem Solving, Design & Solutioning - ability to help team members to de-bottleneck<br/><br/>- Experience of at least 2 full-lifecycle dev projects, preferably, Enterprise product development<br/><br/>- Experience working with Tech Leads, Architects & Customer Stakeholders to analyse business requirements, estimate, plan and manage tasks throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Experience in managing 20 - 30 people team<br/><br/><b>Youre Extra Awesome If:</b><br/><br/>- You enjoy solving problems : You love taking on challenges and finding creative solutions.<br/><br/>- You dont get flustered easily.<br/><br/>- If you dont know an answer, youll dig in until you find it.<br/><br/>- You pay attention to details : As far as youre concerned, anything worth doing is doing it right.<br/><br/>- You stay focussed - and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch<br/><br/>- You communicate clearly : You write well - speak eloquently and you can explain almost anything to anybody.<br/><br/>- Youre comfortable communicating in writing over the phone or mail or anything.<br/><br/>- Youre motivated and driven : You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked.<br/><br/>- You take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference.<br/><br/>- Asking right questions to either team or client<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
