The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Core HCM processes in Workday to meet business needs and ensure seamless HR operations.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM business processes, tenant setup, and organization structures.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Support configuration of positions, job profiles, organizations, staffing models, and supervisory structures.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local statutory requirements.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and manage enhancements in Core HCM.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Document system configurations and provide knowledge transfer/training to business teams.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/>- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM configuration.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in staffing models, supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, and Core HCM business processes.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in Workday configuration, testing, and support.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of HR operations and processes.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
