<p><p><b>Role :</b> Workday Consultant</p><br/><p><b>Location :</b> Gurgaon</p><br/><p><b>Mode :</b> Hybrid</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- Lead configuration and deployment of 1)Workday Benefits/ 2)Security/3)Compensation modules/4)Workday Consultant Core HCM (Configuration)/ 5) Workday Integration with PECI</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and conduct fit-gap analysis.</p><br/><p>- Build and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and business processes in Workday.</p><br/><p>- Ensure robust security configurations and compliance with enterprise and legal data standards.</p><br/><p>- Support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and post-go-live support activities.</p><br/><p>- Work closely with functional teams for integrations, UAT, data validation, and cutover activities.</p><br/><p>- Provide technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing system maintenance.</p><br/><p>- Train end users and prepare documentation for knowledge transfer and support continuity.</p><br/><p>- Continuously optimize system configuration based on user feedback and evolving business needs.</p><br/><p><b>Required Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience as a Workday Consultant in medium to large-scale environments.</p><br/><p>- Deep understanding of Workday Benefits, Security, and Compensation modules.</p><br/><p>- Proven track record of full lifecycle Workday implementations and support.</p><br/><p>- Strong skills in :</p><br/><p>1.
