Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday supplier and procurement integrations, particularly focused on cXML.
- Develop and maintain integrations for:
- Purchase Order Issue (cXML outbound)
- Supplier Invoice Inbound (cXML inbound)
- Conduct design sessions with multiple punch-out vendors to define requirements, establish connectivity, and ensure end-to-end integration.
- Configure, test, and validate Workday integrations in alignment with functional and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, AP, Vendor Management) to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, manage connectivity testing, and ensure successful transaction flow with external vendors.
- Participate in functional testing, documentation, and production deployment activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist in handover to operations or maintenance teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Workday Integration Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Workday integration development
- Proven experience with cXML-based procurement integrations, including:
- Purchase Order Issue
- Supplier Invoice Inbound
- Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs
- Experience with Supplier Punch-Out, Procurement, and Supplier Portal integrations
- Ability to independently lead design sessions, vendor discussions, and client-facing meetings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work overlapping hours with EST time zone (at least 4 hours daily)
