<p></p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Einstein Copilot, Agentforce, and Sales Cloud to design and implement intelligent, AI-powered CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and AI integration, along with a strategic mindset to drive automation, insights, and sales productivity.</p><p><br/><br/>This role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and data teams to build innovative, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions that harness the full potential of Salesforce AI and analytics platforms.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/></p><p><br/>- Lead the implementation of Einstein Copilot and Agentforce within Sales Cloud to enhance sales team efficiency and productivity.<br/></p><p><br/>- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows, copilots, and intelligent assistants tailored to business and sales processes.<br/></p><p><br/>- Analyze meeting notes, events, and productivity data to extract actionable insights and recommendations using AI models.<br/></p><p><br/>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement high-value AI use cases that drive measurable outcomes.<br/></p><p><br/>- Integrate Salesforce AI capabilities with other Salesforce platforms, including CRM Analytics (CRMA), Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).<br/></p><p><br/>- Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and integrations aligned with Salesforce best practices.<br/></p><p><br/>- Ensure data security, scalability, and performance of AI-driven Salesforce solutions in accordance with enterprise standards.<br/></p><p><br/>- Partner with cross-functional teams to design data flows and integrations between Salesforce and external systems (via APIs, Mulesoft, or middleware).<br/></p><p><br/>- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for AI components and Salesforce solutions.<br/></p><p><br/>- Stay up to date on Salesforce AI innovations, Einstein platform capabilities, and emerging trends in CRM automation.<br/></p><p><br/>- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the teams overall Salesforce best practices.<br/></p><p><br/>- Document solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides for implemented features.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/></p><p><br/>- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.<br/></p><p><br/>- Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Einstein Copilot, Agentforce, and AI Cloud implementations.<br/></p><p><br/>- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.<br/></p><p><br/>- Experience integrating Salesforce with CRM Analytics (CRMA), Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and Pardot.<br/></p><p><br/>- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules.<br/></p><p><br/>- Hands-on experience in AI-driven process automation using Einstein Copilot Builder or Einstein Studio.<br/></p><p><br/>- Knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP services, and middleware integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).<br/></p><p><br/>- Proficient in Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).<br/></p><p><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.<br/></p><p><br/>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional agile teams.<br/></p><p><br/>- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Salesforce AI Cloud, Einstein GPT, and Copilot Studio.<br/></p><p><br/>- Familiarity with Mulesoft, Heroku, and integration patterns for large-scale systems.<br/></p><p><br/>- Knowledge of data visualization and analytics using Tableau CRM or Power BI.<br/></p><p><br/>- Understanding of financial services domain processes (preferred for FSC).<br/></p><p><br/>- Prior experience in AI/ML-based workflow automation or predictive analytics.</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
