<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Fullstack Developer</p><br/><br/><p>Immediate Requirement</p><br/><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><br/><p>- Candidate will deliver technical elements (code, architecture and documentation) including but not limited to the following technologies - Reactjs, Nextjs, Python, FastAPI, Pandas, Numpy, PostgreSQL, Generative AI, Graph QL or similar, Apollo or similar, Minio or similar.</p><br/><br/><p>- To setup code pipeline for B2B Application for compilation and auto deployment.</p><br/><br/><p>- Candidate will be engaged in the design, development, testing and maintenance of web and mobile products.</p><br/><br/><p>- Candidate will create business, technical requirements and design documents that meet business needs, adhering to XcelPross documentation standards.</p><br/><br/><p>- Candidate will convert requirements into detailed technical designs and configure / develop within Product / ecosystem accordingly.</p><br/><br/><p>- Candidate will develop components with developers both near and offshore, including code review, hands-on code updates, architecture review and updates.</p><br/><br/><p>- Candidate will be involved in Active Directory (AD), security/authorization setup, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.</p><br/><br/><p>- Candidate will work closely with other IT teams (e Commerce/BI/ERP/Architecture) to ensure design is aligned with the overall solution strategy and leverage the core systems features in Product development.</p><br/><br/><p>- Candidate will analyze to set up the standards and multi-tenant, Review the code as per the best practices and optimize of the code.</p><br/><br/><p>- Perform technical / functional analysis as required.</p><br/><br/><p>- Analyse issues as necessary to determine the root cause of the issue and determine the necessary course of action for resolution.</p><br/><br/><p>- Provide post-implementation support for implemented solutions.</p><br/><br/><p>- Serves as the point person for addressing issues and enhancements related to the specific product and functional area.</p><br/><br/><p>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and JavaScript.</p><br/><br/><p>- Work with Supabase (PostgreSQL) for database design, triggers, and row-level security (RLS).</p><br/><br/><p>- Build and manage backend components for automation workflows, user events, and notifications.</p><br/><br/><p>- Develop secure integrations with external systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft D365, cloud storage, messaging platforms).</p><br/><br/><p>- Implement serverless functions and cron jobs for scheduled or event-based triggers.</p><br/><br/><p>- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless data flow across the stack.</p><br/><br/><p>- Write clean, maintainable code with thorough documentation and testing.</p><br/><br/><p>- Monitor performance, logs, and errors; implement retries and error handling for resilience.</p><br/><br/><p>- Contribute to DevOps pipeline, including deployments, environment management, and CI/CD.</p><br/><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Experience : </b></p><br/><br/><p>- 2+ years of backend development experience using Python (with FastAPI or similar frameworks).</p><br/><br/><p>- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and modern backend-as-a-service platforms like Supabase or Firebase.</p><br/><br/><p>- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and asynchronous programming.</p><br/><br/><p>- Hands-on experience with authentication, access control, and multi-tenant architecture.</p><br/><br/><p>- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Vercel Functions, or GCP).</p><br/><br/><p>- Experience with event-driven systems, webhooks, or message queues (Kafka, NATS, etc.).</p><br/><br/><p>- Comfort working in a Git-based development process with code reviews and pull requests.</p><br/><br/><p>- Ability to write unit/integration tests (Jest, Mocha, etc.) and ensure code reliability.</p><br/><br/><p><b>Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) : </b></p><br/><br/><p>- Experience with Supabase-specific features like row-level security, triggers, and realtime updates.</p><br/><br/><p>- Background in workflow engines, automation design, or low-code platforms.</p><br/><br/><p>- Experience working with GraphQL and data transformation pipelines.</p><br/><br/><p>- Knowledge of OAuth, token-based auth flows, and multi-system user identity management.</p><br/><br/><p>- Familiarity with job schedulers like Apache Airflow, Temporal, or custom cron logic.</p><br/><br/><p>- Exposure to AI/NLP-based applications or intelligent assistants.</p><br/><p></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
