8+ Years.<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><b>Job Title :</b> Business Analyst - Organizational Change Management (OCM)<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) phase of our project.</p><p><br/></p><p>- The ideal candidate will work closely with change managers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- This role involves analyzing business impacts, supporting communication and training strategies, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with OCM leads to assess change impacts across business units.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct stakeholder analysis and support engagement planning.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Assist in developing and executing communication and training plans.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Gather and analyze feedback from impacted users to refine change strategies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Document business processes and identify areas requiring change support.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Support readiness assessments and track adoption metrics.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and share updates.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure alignment between business needs and change :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.</p><p><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to OCM or transformation projects.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with stakeholder engagement and change impact analysis.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of basic SQL and PowerBI Reports.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in large-scale ERP or digital transformation projects.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of organizational behavior and change adoption principles.<br/><br/><b>Required Technical/ Functional Competencies :</b><br/><b>Requirements Gathering and Analysis :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Able to analyze the impact of change requested/ enhancement/ defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements & transition requirements for engagement.<br/><br/><b>Process Modeling :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with standard process modeling notations and tools.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to create basic process models.<br/><br/><b>Data Analysis :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficient in various data analysis techniques and tools.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to perform complex data analysis tasks.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to conduct data analysis workshops and analyze business data.<br/><br/><b>Business Process Improvement :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with standard process improvement methodologies and tools.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to identify basic process improvement opportunities.<br/><br/><b>Stakeholder Management :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with stakeholder management techniques.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage basic stakeholder relationships.<br/><br/><b>Solution Design :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Awareness of solution design techniques.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Can create simple solution designs using established design patterns and guidelines, to meet business requirements under guidance.<br/><br/><b>Accountability Behavioral Competencies :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Takes responsibility for and ensures accuracy of own work, as well as the work and deadlines of the team.<br/></p><p><br/><b>Collaboration Participates in team activities and reaches out to others in team to achieve common goals.<br/><br/><b>Agility :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Demonstrates a willingness to accept and embrace differing ideas or perceptions which are beneficial to the organization.<br/><br/><b>Customer Focus :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Displays awareness of customers stated needs and gives priority to meeting and exceeding customer expectations at or above expected quality within stipulated time.<br/><br/><b>Communication :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Targets communications for the appropriate audience, clearly articulating and presenting his/her position or decision.<br/><br/><b>Drives Results :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Sets realistic stretch goals for self & others to achieve and exceed defined :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
