<p></p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Job Description for Salesforce Business Analyst :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Partner with functional experts from across the business to build requirements/user stories.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Consult with business stakeholders on new solutions and assist in implementation of these solutions on the Salesforce platform.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Consult with users to optimize their business processes and lead the CRM group meetings to drive business priorities.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Make recommendations on improvements to the user experience and increase system adoption.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Review the content of each new release and its impact on business processes and report back weekly on with status updates to the Executive team.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in troubleshooting issues related to project functionality, data, or system performance.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Creating custom fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Partner with functional experts from across the business to build requirements/user stories.</p><br/><p>- Clearly communicate release and functionality status, issues, risks, :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- The candidate must have at least 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Must have worked at least in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Planning and overseeing Salesforce projects to ensure they're completed on time and within budget.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Must have hands-on experience in Administration and Configuration skills in Salesforce.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Should be good at analysing and eliciting requirements, business case definition, requirement writing, requirement review, wireframing, problem solving.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Need to understand Agile, Jira and Confluence.</p><br/><br/><p>- Have Salesforce certifications is a plus.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Should understand these Salesforce technical skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Reports and dashboards.</p><br/><p>- CRM.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Platform.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Sales Cloud.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Service Cloud.</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
