<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>YASH Technologies is a leading technology integrator specializing in helping clients reimagine operating models, enhance competitiveness, optimize costs, foster exceptional stakeholder experiences, and drive business transformation.<br/><br/>At YASH, were a cluster of the brightest stars working with cutting-edge technologies.<br/><br/>Our purpose is anchored in a single truth bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future.<br/><br/>We are looking forward to hire Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals in the following areas : <br/><br/>Role Focus : Project Management and CRM Delivery Lead for Dynamics 365 implementation and governance.<br/><br/>Experience : 10+ years of overall experience in CRM as a lead functional consultant with PMO experience.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Define and manage the overall project plan, securing necessary approvals.<br/><br/>- Identify and allocate internal resources and cross-functional teams.<br/><br/>- Establish strong governance practices for documentation, requirement gathering, sign-offs, and handovers to BAU.<br/><br/>- Lead a three-tier governance model : <br/><br/>- Daily stand-ups with development teams, BAs, and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Weekly governance calls with Product and Business leadership.<br/><br/>- Monthly/Fortnightly Steering Committee meetings with C-level stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Prepare and deliver weekly Project Highlight Reports for stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Manage Stage Gate and Go/No-Go reviews for all phases (design, build, test, cutover, BAU).<br/><br/>- Collaborate with developers and BAs to refine test plans.<br/><br/>- Leverage Jira and Monday.com for project planning and tracking.<br/><br/>- Maintain a Risk Register, assign risk ownership, and define mitigation strategies.<br/><br/>- Drive execution of the overall project plan, ensuring delivery excellence.<br/><br/>- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and presentations to prospective clients.<br/><br/><b>Domains & Industries : </b> (preferred not must)<br/><br/>- Manufacturing.<br/><br/>- Automobile.<br/><br/><b>CRM Product Knowledge : </b><br/><br/>- Dynamics 365 modules : Sales, Customer Service.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
