<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects, including at least 4 full life cycle implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive version upgrade initiatives from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 F&O.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and customize Dynamics AX using X++, including workflows and integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with prospective clients to understand and document key business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Advise and collaborate with delivery teams during solution design and architecture discussions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead technical workshops and client analysis sessions to ensure clear understanding and alignment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare effort estimations and technical proposals for project work streams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Recommend optimal system design and integration strategies aligned with client business needs and technology ecosystem.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on AI innovations and Copilot functionalities and integrate them where applicable.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Power Platform teams to design seamless integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support pre-sales activities, including proposal responses and technical artifact creation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrate a customer-oriented attitude with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 14+ years in IT with 10+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep expertise in Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong skills in X++ programming, workflows, and system customizations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in upgrading AX 2012 systems to Dynamics 365.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-based enhancements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong background in pre-sales activities and client engagement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to lead workshops and guide cross-functional teams.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Relevant Microsoft certifications on Dynamics 365 or AX platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in diverse industry domains.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
