<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (Aura & LWC).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement Salesforce best practices across coding, security, and performance optimization.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party applications.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Manage Salesforce org configurations, including workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and admins.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Maintain proper documentation of all solutions and customizations.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing Salesforce Skills and Qualifications:</p><p><br/></p><p>- 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and governor limits.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and third-party apps.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficient in Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, etc.).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) and version control systems like Git.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development Qualifications :</p><p><br/></p><p>Salesforce certifications such as :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II</p><p><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Administrator</p><p><br/></p><p>- Salesforce App Builder</p><p><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer (or equivalent)</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in global, enterprise-scale Salesforce : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
