<p></p><p><b>Description : </b></p><p></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- We are looking forward to hire Java Professionals in the following areas : <br/><br/><b>Experience : </b><p></p><p></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 8-10 Years<br/><br/><b>Job Description : </b> <br/><p><br/>- Providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of software developers, setting technical direction, reviewing and approving technical designs and code changes, and mentoring team members.<br/></p><p><br/>- Interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, providing technical expertise, and building strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.<br/></p><p><br/>- Managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, tracking progress, and meeting project deadlines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide recommendations on the feasibility and potential impact of proposed solutions.<br/></p><p><br/>- Overseeing and ensuring comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the software applications.<br/></p><p><br/>- Reviewing code written by other team members for quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices, and providing guidance and mentorship as needed.<br/></p><p><br/>- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery and customer Skills & Competencies : </b> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Core Java : Expert-level proficiency in Java 8 and above (Java 11, 17 preferred) including concurrency, collections, exception handling, and memory management.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Java Frameworks : Extensive experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security), Hibernate/JPA, and dependency injection concepts.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Microservices Architecture : Design, development, and deployment of microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. </p><p><br/></p><p>- Web Technologies : Good knowledge of REST API design, JSON, XML, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Web Services (SOAP & REST).

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Application Servers & Containers : Familiarity with Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss/WildFly, and containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (nice to have).

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Databases : Strong SQL skills with RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra is a plus.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Cloud Platforms : Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design Patterns & Principles : Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.

<br/><br/><b>Required Technical/ Functional Competencies : Industry Knowledge : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Expert knowledge of customer's business processes.<br/><p></p><p><br/>- Conceptualize technology practices; create complex business models independently.<br/></p><p><br/>- Drive strategic initiatives, demonstrate thought leadership, and drive process improvement initiatives and ROI analysis.<br/><br/><b>Requirement Gathering And Analysis : </b><br/></p><p><br/>- Extract Business requirements and document them for medium to complex scenarios.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze impact to identify dependencies or interrelationships in transition requirements for engagement.<br/></p><p><br/>- Design prototype and demonstrate to stakeholders.<br/></p><p><br/>- Identify modules and features/functionalities impacted to arrive at high level estimates.<br/></p><p><br/>- Develop traceability matrix and conduct technology/ business gap analysis.<br/><br/><b>Test Management : </b><br/></p><p><br/>- Expert knowledge of testing concepts, testing standards and best practices.<br/></p><p><br/>- Create iteration, system integration test plan and develop integration test cases as required.<br/></p><p><br/>- Conduct root cause analysis, verify system builds and test environments, and create business scenario test cases/automation test scripts.<br/></p><p><br/>- Update traceability matrix and perform Development Integration Testing.<br/><br/><b>Estimation And Resource Planning : </b><br/></p><p><br/>- Possesses in-depth knowledge of resource estimation and resource planning techniques, as well as organization/ industry-level benchmarks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create estimates, cost, and plan resources for complex large projects/programs based on high-level requirements.<br/></p><p><br/>- Can provide inputs on resource planning at a practice level and provide guidance at a project level, considering pyramid and people development.<br/><br/><b>Product/ Technology Knowledge : </b><br/></p><p><br/>- Expert knowledge of the customer's product and technology specification.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement code or configure/customize products, drive adoption of industry standards and practices, and contribute to development of reusable assets and innovative solutions.<br/></p><p><br/>- Work on complex modules independently.<br/></p><p><br/>- Analyze various frameworks/tools and present recommendations, contribute to development of training and certification material, and demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers and webinars.<br/><br/><b>Project Management : </b><br/></p><p><br/>- Extensive experience in managing projects and can handle complex projects with minimal supervision.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of project management concepts and methodologies and can apply them effectively to achieve project goals.<br/><br/><b>Architecture Tools And Frameworks : </b></p><p></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Specialized knowledge of architecture tools & frameworks.<br/><p></p><p><br/>- Implement tools & framework in a complex scenario.<br/></p><p><br/>- Conduct tools & framework customization & tailoring workshop.<br/><br/><b>Application Design : </b><br/></p><p><br/>- Working knowledge of design principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Decide on tools & frameworks to be used, document templates, standards and best practices to be followed.<br/></p><p><br/>- Create UI / Design and business logic elements & constraints, navigation, screen flow and layout.<br/></p><p><br/>- Develop reusable/ reuse technical design components/frameworks.<br/></p><p><br/>- Identify system functionality, and map functionality to hardware and software components.<br/><br/><b>Customer
