<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are looking forward to hire SQL Professionals in the following areas : <br/><br/><b>Job Summary : </b> <br/><br/></p><p>- The role involves optimizing the SnapLogic ecosystem, improving code efficiency, and identifying automation opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Responsibilities includes determining the best-fit integration solutions (SnapLogic, MFT, Qlik, etc.), reducing core costs, and ensuring early engagement in integration planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge across software, servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments, along with experience in system architecture, security, and enterprise integration solutions.<br/><br/><b>Basic Qualifications : </b> <br/><br/></p><p>- Masters or bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- At least 12+ years of experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong skills in SQL, Java, Python and ETL concepts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong skills with cloud or SaaS integrations like AWS, Snowflake and other.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with relational databases such as Snowflake, Teradata and Oracle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and Develop ETL jobs and SnapLogic pipelines to manage Project requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide insights to consultants for continuous improvement and participate in projects as needed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Review and approve technical decisions from development teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assessments of AS Is and To Be states, create transformation plans with Benchmarks of future states.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate and/or develop Innovative ideas and solutions for the technology stack.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in technical design specification activities as needed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and provide training to consultant trainers on Caterpillar-specific tools and processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with Technical Leads and business partners to understand and execute availability and Performance in environments (Test, QA, Pre-Prod, Prod).<br/><br/></p><p>- Performing implementation and integration tasks for complex developed systems and software solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translating business and functional requirements to technical requirements and specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicate and promote the adoption of practices and standards within development teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Capable of thriving in high-pressure situations and delivering results within tight time constraints.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated technical knowledge of software, servers, storage, network (load balancers and firewalls), and overall Caterpillar risk domains and cloud domains.
Accountable for product Licenses.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of systems architecture, and security for external and internal communication.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers and requirements that drive the future state architecture.<br/><br/><b>Required Skillsets : </b> <br/><br/></p><p>- Should have 12+ years of relevant experience in Integrations technologies/areas.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases.
Should have development and administrator experience in ETL technologies like DataStage, Qlik replicate and SnapLogic.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have the ability to learn new skills at a faster pace.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have a good knowledge of Caterpillar policies and procedures, and a general understanding of Caterpillars organization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and conceptualization skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to network with peers and achieve results through others.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead your product developers in the resolution of difficult product design and development issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Keep up with Industry changes/standards.
Be Initiative-taking about the changes and influencing roadmaps.<br/><br/><b>Nice To Have : </b> <br/><br/></p><p>- Determine early integration engagement provide right fit solution for A2A/B2B/DS at project planning (MFT versus SnapLogic versus Qlik versus).<br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with product owners to establish approved patterns across all Data Integration platforms and recommend appropriate solutions.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
