You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts and frameworks.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with both UI and API automation, is adept at manual testing, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Bengaluru<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Design and Develop Automation Frameworks : Build and maintain scalable and robust automation frameworks using Python with a primary focus on the Playwright library.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- UI and API Test Automation : Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for both UI and backend APIs to ensure comprehensive test coverage.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Manual Testing : Perform manual testing, including exploratory, functional, and regression testing, to complement automation efforts.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- CI/CD Integration : Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins or GitLab to enable continuous quality assurance.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Version Control : Utilize Git for version control, branching, and merging code effectively within a team setting.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Collaboration : Work closely with development, product, and QA teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and communicate test results and defects clearly.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Defect Management : Identify, document, and track software defects and work with developers to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- 5 to 10 years of experience in a test automation or similar QA role.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Demonstrable hands-on experience in test automation with Python.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Primary proficiency with Playwright.
