<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>Role Overview : </p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a highly experienced L3 Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of global IT infrastructure solutions.<br/><br/>This role requires a deep understanding of networking, hosting (cloud and on-premise), endpoint security, and integration of enterprise systems.<br/><br/>The successful candidate will serve as the final technical escalation point, drive infrastructure initiatives, and ensure security, scalability, and high availability across the landscape.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Act as a senior technical authority, engaging with multiple domains and business units to translate demand into secure and scalable solutions.<br/><br/>- Define and implement cloud-based and hybrid infrastructure solutions, including high availability and disaster recovery designs.<br/><br/>- Lead data center, hosting, endpoint, and network security initiatives to safeguard enterprise systems.<br/><br/>- Analyze current infrastructure, identify gaps, and develop future-state roadmaps and implementation plans.<br/><br/>- Oversee data migration, integration, and consolidation efforts during large-scale initiatives such as Mergers & Acquisitions.<br/><br/>- Install, configure, and support : <br/><br/>1.

Windows & Linux servers, Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure AD.<br/><br/>2.

Networking technologies : SD-WAN, MPLS, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls/IDS/IPS, VPN, IPsec/GRE, IPAM, UTM.<br/><br/>3.

Security solutions : NGFW, WAF, CASB, SIEM, DDoS mitigation, vulnerability management.<br/><br/>- Support and optimize enterprise platforms including SAP S/4HANA, Exchange, VDI, Proxy/Load Balancers, and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (Nutanix preferred).<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, TCL) to improve efficiency.<br/><br/>- Drive documentation, SOP creation, governance, and compliance alignment with CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, and other frameworks.<br/><br/>- Serve as the final escalation point for infrastructure operations teams, ensuring problem resolution and trend analysis.<br/><br/>- Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with global IT teams (Security Ops, Identity, Infrastructure Ops, Applications, Cyber Governance) to deliver end-to-end IT services.<br/><br/>- Manage and govern external partners/vendors, ensuring quality and secure delivery.<br/><br/>- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to shape infrastructure strategy.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Experience : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.<br/><br/>- 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and supporting enterprise/global infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in : <br/><br/>1.

Azure Cloud architecture & Microsoft security stack (Defender ATP, MDE, MDI, MDC).<br/><br/>2.

Networking protocols & technologies : IPv6, OSPF, BGP, VPN, GRE, IPsec, QoS.<br/><br/>3.

Security frameworks & tools : Firewalls, IDS/IPS, AV, DoS/DDoS, CDN, CASB, SIEM.<br/><br/>4.

Core IT Infrastructure : Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RADIUS, clustering, certificate management.<br/><br/>5.

Backup/DR : Veeam, SCOM, SCCM, Horizon VDI.<br/><br/>- Experience with Merger & Acquisition (M&A) due diligence and integration.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of OT security, SASE, SD-WAN, cloud-native technologies (containers, CI/CD, IaC automation).<br/><br/>- Strong vendor management and coaching skills in outsourced environments.<br/><br/><b>Certifications (Preferred/Required) : </b><br/><br/>- Security Certifications : CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC suite.<br/><br/>- Networking : CCNP/CCDP/CCIE/CCDE.<br/><br/>- Cloud : Microsoft Certified Azure Solution Architect.<br/><br/>- Best Practices : ITIL v3/v4.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to engage stakeholders across business and IT.<br/><br/>- Customer-focused mindset, capable of balancing operational needs with security and innovation.<br/><br/>- Team player in a multicultural and global environment.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
