The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement backend features that are secure, scalable, and performant.
You will play a critical role in integrating APIs, maintaining application uptime, and ensuring robust security protocols to support healthcare services.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Design, develop, and implement backend logic and services for healthcare applications that support virtual care and remote patient monitoring.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate and manage APIs to facilitate secure communication between distributed services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor application performance, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks or uptime issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and enforce security best practices using OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS protocols to protect sensitive healthcare data.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including frontend developers, QA, and product owners to deliver high-quality features on schedule.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/>- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages : Java, JavaScript, or Python.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience with Spring Boot framework for building scalable backend services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React to facilitate full-stack collaboration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of security protocols and best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and SSL/TLS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Git, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
