Welcome to Zensar!<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>As an Agile PLM Consultant with 5-10 years of experience, you will be a key member of the team responsible for supporting UCTs Oracle Agile PLM application environment.
This role requires a strong understanding of PLM procedures, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Agile PLM support, from troubleshooting and testing to data migration and system health monitoring, ensuring end-user satisfaction and seamless operations.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Support and maintain the Oracle Agile PLM application environment.<br/><br/>- Proactively communicate with key stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely updates.<br/><br/>- Develop and execute a comprehensive test plan aligned with business requirements.<br/><br/>- Participate in testing and support for Agile PLM integrations with ERP and MES applications.<br/><br/>- Prepare Test Documents and perform testing as needed for new applications or internal requests.<br/><br/>- Perform data migration and related data analysis tasks.<br/><br/>- Help manage patches, upgrades, and add-ons to the system.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot, monitor, and report on the system's performance, growth, and general health.<br/><br/>- Address user issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure end-user satisfaction.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong understanding of the Oracle Agile PLM application and thorough knowledge of PLM procedures and concepts.<br/><br/>- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Agile Administration expert, with hands-on experience in Workflow, Roles and Privileges, and Criteria configurations.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Agile database tables and experience handling data migration, data extraction, and reporting using SQL queries and scripts.<br/><br/>- Expertise in Oracle Agile PLM troubleshooting, particularly with experience using the Acollect and Averify tools.<br/><br/>- Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users and IT staff.<br/><br/><b>Desirable Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with Agile Content Service (ACS) and Agile Integration Service (AIS).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Java, Groovy Script, XML, JSON, Web Services, and SQL.<br/><br/>- Ability to develop custom solutions and integrations using Oracle Agile PLM SDK.<br/><br/>- Experience in customization of Agile PLM using Agile SDK Process Extension and Events and Agile Web Service Extensions (WSX).<br/><br/>- Experience with managing patches, upgrades, and add-ons.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
