The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional experienced in working on OSS 2 and Apigee platforms hosted on AWS.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable APIs and backend services that support our cloud-based applications.
This role is for an early joiner who can contribute immediately to our team in Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad.</p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable RESTful APIs using the Spring Boot framework.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring high performance, scalability, and data integrity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with OSS 2 and Apigee platforms to build and manage API gateways and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, leveraging various services for optimal performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, to define, design, and ship new features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services to enhance performance and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure all API development and data management practices adhere to security standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain a high-quality codebase.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b> </b></p>- 5 to 15 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a focus on web services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience with MongoDB database design and management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven proficiency in developing APIs using Spring Boot.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with the OSS 2 platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with the Apigee API management platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and security best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- The ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.<br/><br/><p><b>Preferred Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.</p><p><br/></p>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
