With your extensive experience, you will lead the creation of cloud automation strategies, resolve complex technical issues, and architect resilient and scalable infrastructure.
This role requires a hands-on expert who can write clean automation code and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline cloud operations, improving overall efficiency, reliability, and security.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Architect and design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions and infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.<br/><br/>- Develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and infrastructure deployment.<br/><br/>- Write complex automation scripts and tools using Python or Bash to automate provisioning, configuration, and management tasks.<br/><br/>- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible to ensure consistent and repeatable environments.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain automated monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.<br/><br/>- Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues and implement preventative measures.<br/><br/>- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with software development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure the seamless automation of cloud operations.<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience as a Cloud Automation Specialist with over 8 years of hands-on experience.<br/><br/>- Expertise in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms and their automation tools (AWS, Azure, or GCP).<br/><br/>- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.<br/><br/>- Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Deep knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in a cloud environment.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with serverless technologies like AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of security automation and compliance tools.<br/><br/>- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).<br/><br/>- Experience with configuration management tools like Chef or Puppet.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and principles.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
