<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> MSD D365 Functional Consultant<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore (Hybrid)<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 5+ Years<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for MSD ERP solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design scalable and efficient MSD ERP solutions that align with business goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create process flows, user stories, and wireframes to communicate design ideas.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with MSD ERP best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure MSD ERP features such as workflows, process builder, flows, and custom objects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers for customizations requiring Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure data integrity and manage data migration activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide training to end-users on new MSD ERP features and functionalities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for MSD ERP users.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on MSD ERP releases and new features to recommend improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze existing processes and suggest optimizations to enhance efficiency.<br/><br/><b>Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong understanding of MSD ERP platform capabilities and limitations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, and user stories.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Data Loader, MuleSoft).<br/><br/></p><p>- Basic knowledge of ERP Business Central is a must.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Sprints/Scrum and experience with JIRA.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of broad MSD (ERP) consulting (Preferred) :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)<br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance<br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
