</p><p><br/></p><p>You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions, with a strong focus on core functionalities and key business processes.
</p><p><br/></p><p>This role requires a strategic professional who can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide clients through complex transformations.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Functional Consulting & Implementation :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation (ICP), Goal & Performance, and Benefits.<br/><br/>- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, performing gap analysis and designing comprehensive solutions.<br/><br/>- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business needs and align with best practices.<br/><br/><b>Client & Stakeholder Management :</b><br/><br/>- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Oracle HCM functionalities and process improvements.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between HCM modules and other enterprise systems.<br/><br/>- Provide post-go-live support and training to ensure user adoption and system stability.<br/><br/><b>Security & Compliance :</b><br/><br/>- Design and implement the security framework for Oracle HCM, ensuring data protection and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b><br/><br/><b>Core Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 10 to 15 years of professional experience with a focus on Oracle HCM.<br/><br/>- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.<br/><br/><b>Mandatory Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/>- In-depth functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation (ICP), Goal & Performance, and Benefits.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM security roles and concepts.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in a full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.<br/><br/>- Experience with data migration strategies and tools.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with reporting tools like OTBI or BI Publisher.</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
