The ideal candidate will be an expert in both functional testing and test automation using Selenium with Java.
You will be a key leader in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products.
This is a hands-on role that requires you to build, maintain, and enhance our automation frameworks and integrate them into our continuous delivery Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Design and implement an end-to-end test strategy for all products, ensuring thorough test coverage and quality standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on complex business and technical requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Execute various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform API testing to validate data flow and system integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects, working closely with the development team for timely resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and analyze test results, providing detailed reports and dashboards on product quality and test coverage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is a shared responsibility across the entire Skills QA Experience : </b> 8-10 years of overall experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.</p><p><br/><b>Functional Testing : </b> Proven expertise in functional testing and a solid understanding of software testing life cycles (STLC).</p><br/><b>Automation : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Expert-level proficiency in test automation using Selenium with Java.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with TestNG or JUnit frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in designing automation frameworks using the Page Object Model (POM).<br/><br/><p><b>Technical Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for database testing and validation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.<br/><br/><b>Domain Knowledge : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in the banking or payments domain.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
