<p><p><b>Role :</b> Stibo MDM Developer.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 3-5 years.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Bangalore, Pune.<br/><br/><b>Notice period :</b> Immediate to 15 days.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP solutions based on business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and customize Stibo STEP modules, including data modeling, workflows, and business rules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop data integration processes between Stibo STEP and other enterprise systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain data quality rules and validations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement data models within Stibo STEP to support master data domains.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across enterprise systems.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design and implement workflows in Stibo STEP to manage data lifecycle and approvals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automate data management processes using Stibo STEP workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize workflows for performance and efficiency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain data integration processes using Stibo STEP Connect and other ETL tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Stibo STEP.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Stibo STEP solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure Stibo STEP solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Document Stibo STEP development processes and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team discussions.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 3 to 5 years of experience in Stibo MDM development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Stibo Systems' STEP platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in data modeling, workflow design, and data integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Immediate to 15 days notice period.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Stibo Systems' STEP platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Data modeling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Workflow design and implementation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Data integration and ETL.</p><p><br/></p><p>- SQL.<br/><br/></p><p>- XML.<br/><br/></p><p>- Java (basic knowledge).<br/><br/></p><p>- Web services (REST/SOAP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Data quality management.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Stibo STEP certifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with other MDM platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with agile development methodologies</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
