<p><p><b>Location : </b> Nanakramguda, Hyderabad (On-site, 5 days a week).<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 5+ Years.<br/><br/><b>Position : </b> Sr. QA Automation Engineer.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Automation QA Engineer with over 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, primarily using Selenium and TestNG.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate should be an individual contributor with deep technical expertise, strong ownership of deliverables, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks using Selenium with TestNG.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build, optimize, and scale automated test scripts for regression, functional, integration, and system testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define test automation strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform code reviews for test automation scripts and ensure adherence to best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and execution speed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality in every release.<br/><br/></p><p>- Investigate and debug test failures, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior QA team members when needed, while functioning as an individual contributor.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support occasional weekend (Saturday) work for critical releases or Skills & Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 5+ years of experience in test automation with expertise in Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and test automation best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) for developing automation scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with API automation using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, or similar) and version control systems (Git).<br/><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge of frameworks for test automation build management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to performance and security testing tools is a & Attributes : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<br/><br/></p><p>- Quick learner with a passion for adopting new tools, frameworks, and technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable automation Arrangement : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Standard working days : MondayFriday, On-site (5 days a week).<br/><br/></p><p>- Saturday support may be required occasionally for urgent releases.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
